This NHTSA job was valuable practice for drawing familiar, uncluttered, and often inviting environments. But lurking in every scene was an undercurrent of danger, ultimately flooding us in a heavy closing shot. A shot which—while softened in the final spot—had to be drawn with equal parts sensitivity and severity.
